Keepin’ It Quaint

Looking to have a slow day but still experience Nashville?

  • Gotta get a biscuit for sure. You will be able to see them making them, homemade and southern cooking at its finest!

I recommend: For the table, bonuts.

    Meal - top 3 choices:

East Nasty Sammy, hungry hash bowl (my fav) or the granola protein bowl. But I haven’t ever had anything bad there! Put it in front of me, I’ll eat it. Looking for a good side?

Cheese grits for sure. Salt them a little too. Need coffee? Iced Brown Sugar Oat milk Latte. Get full here!

Your next stop requires walking so you’ll walk it right off.

End of story, don’t hold back!

  • You will need a reservation!

A great way to blend sightseeing with capturing memories! Having a guide show you the murals and help with photos will leave you with keepsakes that are Insta-ready. This will be so much fun!

Seriously, a personal tour guide to all of the most popular murals AND they take the pictures for you!

This will be worth your $$$ for sure. See HERE.

  • Reservations needed

Paddywax Candle Bar in Nashville offers hands-on candle-making workshops where you can choose a vessel, customize your scent, and pour your own candle.

It's a relaxed, creative experience perfect for groups, with a BYOB option (small corkage fee applies). Candles take about 3 hours to set, and you can either pick them up later or have them shipped.

  • Okay, I’m sure you are probably hungry by now!

HAVE NO FEAR, it’s lunch time babyyyy!

You’re in a good area with options so you’ll have to discuss with the group what everyone wants but here are the 3 I recommend and if you have time stop for a cocktail after, head to LA Jackson rooftop bar and Golden Sound!

    • Pizza at Emmy Squared for Detroit-style deep dish. Honestly, their gluten free deep dish pizza is better than their regular deep dish pizza.

    • Superica for steak quesadillas and chicken and steak fajitas—perfectly Tex-Mex. Their queso… get it! YUMMM.

    • LA Jackson if a rooftop cocktail vibe is calling. Go here just for one cocktail if you can, you’ll want to come back.

    • Golden Sound is brining you back the beginning of music in Nashville, just stop in for a cocktail! It’s a cool spot.

  • Need Caffine to get you through the rest of the day?

Cafe Rooted or the Thompson Hotel Coffee Shop.

Both of these places have great coffee and fun drinks. I know some people are very picky with their coffee order so you can’t go wrong with either place.

Head back to the Air B & B to refresh for the night

  • If you choose a restaurant in East, head to Butterlamp for your apps and skip the apps at restaurant. This a cool little spot that is just bread and cocktails.

These restaurant offers the ideal transition into the evening.

    I recommend:

    Sixty Vines

    Reccs for dinner:

Apps: Brussels and bacon wrapped dates. Probably a salad for the table too.

Pizzas: Mushroom and Kale (add bacon!!)

Entrées: Salmon or the wood grilled steak (Medium Rare)

Dessert: Sticky Toffee Cake or the Affogato.

The vibe of this place makes it. Light and airy, just a beautiful skylit bar/restaurant.

    Lockland Table East:

(you cannot do separate checks over 8 people here)

Apps: Crispy Pork Belly and Bread.

Entree: Any of the wood fired pizza or the fish of the day!

    Dessert: Skillet Cookie

    Urban Cowboy East

Here will just be a spot for a before dinner drink! Cool vibes and great cocktails.

Enjoy your time and take in the atmosphere in each spot!

  • I hope you enjoyed dinner!!

Now that you are in east, I suggest stopping at the following places for drinks or mocktails if you need to slow it down! LOL

    Red Door - Drinks

Cafe Roze - Drinks and Dessert

    Rosemary Beauty Queen -Drinks

  • This will be your last stop of the night!

This will keep you in Nashville, but you will stay away from the rap, shoulder rubbing and constantly being hit on. Printers’ alley is a quaint little strip of some more lax bars.

    Printer Alley Stops:

    • Bourbon Street Blues Bar

    • Lonnie’s Western Room

    • The Whiskey Shot

    • Dirty Little Secret

    • Alley Taps
